I was an introverted kid with below-average grades. Tried getting into IIT, didn't happen, ended up doing civil engineering instead. Somewhere in there I got into marketing, design, photography, stand-up mostly through college fests and committees, because I never sat in class. That's where the gut instinct came from. Enough of it that when it was time to pick a masters or an MBA, I just didn't. Went and did what I was curious about instead.
Here's to the people who made it fun.
Making voice AI simple and practical for everyday business operations.
Cold-emailed my way into Vikas's office and one conversation later moved from Mumbai to Bangalore. Worked across revenue, sales, client management, operations. Crossed into product and CX to build internal tools.
Started Socialnocap, a bootstrapped creative agency. Built it from zero, kept it profitable, ran it three years with a lean team of five. Worked with D2C brands across sectors on content, social media, photoshoots, UI/UX, branding.
Within a year I was managing 7 to 10 D2C brands end to end, concept to creation. Realized quick the one-man setup had a ceiling.
My first gig after graduating at a local café in Mumbai. (yes I make good coffee)
